Madison

I painted this for my friend Sandy - and her sweet kitty Madison. She sent me this wonderfully composed photo - she is a first rate photographer - of Madison and I had to paint it! I love the composition and her lovely blue eyes. The background color is one I associate with Sandy over the years, a beautiful blue green the color of oceans, forests and road trips that holds the spirit of rejuvenating light.
